Kalundborg Museum

Kalundborg Museum

Kalundborg Museum is located in Lindegården, a Renaissance building where you can explore Kalundborg's history through permanent and changing exhibitions. The museum displays objects from both the Middle Ages and the Viking Age and offers Crusader tapestries, medieval models and unique exhibitions.

A hike in Højbyen, the country's best-preserved medieval town, is also possible. Visitors can experience the cultural botanical garden with rare herbs and Denmark's oldest mulberry tree. The museum's shop offers local crafts and souvenirs, and picnics are available in the courtyard.
